Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement will show the descriptor configured in our Stripe account, not necessarily the site name — if you see a charge you do not recognise, mail us before disputing it and we will identify it for you.

Online dispute resolution

Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, and we prefer to settle complaints directly — see the refund policy, which is deliberately generous for that reason.
