1. What we sell

JIsaksson sells workflow recipes: a blueprint, a setup guide, and platform files for Zapier, n8n and Make. These are documents, not software. Nothing runs on our servers, and buying one does not give you an account with Zapier, n8n, Make, or any app a workflow connects to. You need your own accounts and your own subscriptions, and some workflows need a paid plan on the platform you build them on. Every product page states which.

2. Your licence

You get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use what you buy for yourself or inside one business you own or work for, including for client work you deliver. You may adapt the files freely.

You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the files themselves, or publish them as your own templates in any public template directory. In short: build with them as much as you like, do not sell them on.

3. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital. After payment you are taken to a page with your download links, and the same links are emailed to you. The links expire after 30 days — save the files. If they expire first, mail us and we will reissue them at no cost.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU and UK consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery starts, provided you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right. At checkout you are asked to confirm exactly that, and your confirmation is recorded with a timestamp.

If you would rather keep the 14 days, do not complete checkout — mail zapier@jisaksson.com and we will arrange a delayed delivery instead.

This does not affect the refund policy, which is more generous than the law requires.

5. Accuracy, and its limits

These workflows are written and reviewed by us, and we correct what we find wrong. We cannot promise they stay accurate forever: Zapier, n8n, Make and every connected app rename actions, change fields and move features between plans without telling us. A guide that was right when written can drift.

If a file does not match what you see on screen, tell us. We would rather fix it than argue about it, and a fix reaches everyone. Refunds for this are covered in the refund policy.

6. What we do not promise

We do not promise any particular business result. A workflow that recovers abandoned carts does not guarantee recovered revenue, and a lead-scoring recipe does not guarantee leads. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product the claim concerns. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

7. Trademarks

Zapier, n8n and Make are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of them. We name them because our products are for use with their tools, which is all the naming is meant to convey.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases; the terms you accepted at checkout govern that purchase. Questions go to zapier@jisaksson.com, and we answer within two working days.
